Ordered a product from our store - received product - opened product - used product - and then returns it to get his money back - claiming it was "opened"...

we tape all our products to ensure they dont "open" in delivery - and have a written return policy that no product can be returned opened...

Buyer violated our return policy and bullied our store into a refund and then insults us with emails.

Do not sell to this person - he is a ripoff master, using at the very least Ebay to  further his theft / fraud and ripoffs.
