Benchmark Bible Hill SCAMMER AND PUPPY ABUSE Bible Hill Tennessee

Daughter purchased a miniature dachshund 10/2 suppose to be 8wk old.  Met breeder off I-40 in TN and exit 42.  During the exchange he asked for the 450.00 then went to give her the puppy and the so called puppy was eaten up with ticks/fleas, skin rashes you name it looked abused and was so skidish.  She said this is not the puppy pics and this puppy is abused. She didnt want to leave puppy with this Breeder and he would not give her money back.  I took the puppy the next day to my vet Shelby Animal Hospital in Bartlett TN and had puppy groomed, re given all shots, and treated for skin infections to also find out dog is not a puppy but is more like a 2yr old adult.   I have this dog in my possession now.  This breeder is a piece of xxxx and a Scammer misrepresenting we need help reporting him to all oufits to have his facilities checked out for animal cruelty and possible puppy mill.  He post all his animals on puppfind.com under Benchmark Bible Hill 931-378-4548.
