Bendaroos Bait and switch tactics, confusing, no order review, no way to cancel, no answer at Customer Service Phone. Bridgeport Connecticut

I ordered a single $19.98 & 7.99 S/H = $27.98 Bendaroos Package and waded through other "bait and switch" items to get to the end of order, but no review of order available and no confirmation that order went through, so I assumed it did not.

Went to home page again and started over. This time I was trapped by confusing advertising and ended up ordering a double set costing $39.98 & $15.98 S/H = $55.96. Again no review of order and no way of cancelling.

When I got back to my email, I saw two confirmations for orders charged to my Charge Card, both as stated above. These were being sent to the little girl in another state and I wanted to cancel the double order which I didn't want.

I tried to respond to the confirmation email but it wouldn't go through.

I tried 3 or 4 times to call the Customer Service phone number and waited a long time on each call and no one ever came on the line.

Now this little girl is going to get 3 sets of Bendaroos instead of one set, which is 500 bendaroos and plenty for this little girl.

I am going to ask her mother to send the duplicate set back if I can find an address to return it and get my money back????????
