While working for this individual he KNOWINGLY tried to sell a unit with dry-rotted tires. He verbally abuses his staff on a regular basis - even in the presence of customers. On one instance he placed someone in the position of manager - then without even allowing them to know there was any sort of problem with their performance - ran an AD for that position. When questioned - he could not even be up front about his own actions.
This company sells units that they know have leaks and other mechanical flaws. The service department at any given time in 2005 - had NO certified mechanics employed there.
The owner is more then happy to knowingly over charge customers - even though he pretends that Bent's RV is a 'family friendly' company.

I would be more than happy to respond to accusations that had some merit or at least more specific details. There are many things owners of businesses do to operate their business that employees do not know all the facts surrounding the actions. These employees may have partial information and therefore they may misunderstand the managers actions. I take pride in employing over 50 employees in my businesses. These employees know that I take very seriously the responsibility of employing these people and that the employees have a good opportunity to earn a fair wage for their families. As long as an employee puts in a good honest day of work, the employee gets a fair wage and the company continues to thrive. If an employee does not do their part, their job may be in jeopardy. This is true in any business.
As far as the inventory sold is concerned, we take trailers in on trade that have to be sold to a wholesaler because it is in dire shape. All buyers have the opportunity to examine any rv they purchase. If a used rv is in less than perfect shape, the new buyer is fully aware long before they choose to purchase the rv. There has been no customer that has bought something they did not want.
