I truly wish I had read all the reports on here BEFORE I fell for the TV AD! Please don't fall for their SCAM like I did!

As everyone else fooled did, I used the website to order ALTOVIS the "fabulous" cure-all to fatigue NOT! I used the website to also CANCEL my "value-added program membership", received a confirmation, thought everything was hunky-dorey! Imagine my surprise when a $70 debit was taken out of my checking acct 2 days later.

I immediately called to complain (as everyone else has tried to do), received the same WONDERFUL customer service from the idiot that answered my call-I never caught her name because there was so much background noise from the other fools horsing around in her dept that I couldn't hear her.

When I gave her the same shpeal about demanding a refund, cancelling the order, etc., she said THE line-"I'm sorry, we have a strict policy on no refunds, no returns, blah, blah, blah...EVERYTHING that other consumers have encountered and complained about on here. when I asked what I should do with the product being shipped to me that I had no intention of using, she actually suggested throwing it out or giving it to a neighbor! I knew I wouldn't get anywhere with them, I let her know I would be writing a complaint about them and hung up.

After I calmed down enuff to think straight, I talked to a friend who suggested the contacting the Attorney General step, which I am now going to do. I already know it will be pointless to fight my bank on this charge because I've tried before, but I'm not giving up! It may not be much, but my $70 could have paid some utilities! Now I have to hope and pray that my account stays in the POSITIVE till I get paid(at this point my balance is $7.00!!).
