I ordered the 30 day free trial of Avlimil through the www.4avlimil.com website and was asked if I wanted to enroll in Managed Care Direct. I replied no and was enrolled anyway.

More Avlimil was sent to me and my credit card was charged an additional $70. I had to call the company and cancel Managed Care Direct to stop further charges.

The company said that it states plainly on the website that you are automatically enrolled in the Managed Care Direct when you order the free 30 day sample and will continue to receive Avlimil and have your credit card charged $70 a month unless you call and cancel. I went back to the website and saw that this is now true. When I ordered my free sample, I believe the website was set up differently. I know I was prompted to decline or accept the Managed Care Direct.

I went online to find a complaint on this website as well as hundreds of the same complaints on many websites. I learned of a woman named Pam Butler at Warner Healthcare who had helped someone else with the same complaint. I contacted her and even though it is very much against the company's policy, she has given me a refund of $70. I'm very thankful to her.

However, I really hate to see this company make millions of dollars on unsuspecting consumers like me. I really would like to see someone sue this company and make them change their website. It is a bit confusing and misleading at best.

Thanks to this website, I was able to get my refund. I hope others can too.
