Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals - Altovis, ripoff after seeing an ad on tv for free samples of Altovis I called, I received a shipment of an order of altovis I never agreed to and they billed my account for $70 Cincinnati Ohio

I saw an advertisement about 3 months ago advertising to try ALTOVIS FREE. I have fibromyalgia and I called the company named above to order my free trial. When I did they said they had to chg me billing $ only. I hesitated and said no. Then I said ok when he said this ws a one time charge and the product was free.

He also stated that there were different items etc to try and membership also and I again hesitated and said no I can't I am not working right now due to health related problems and going through a seperation from my husband and ( no name given to me by the person) said ok not a problem.

Today I received a package in the mail and I opened it and inside was more Altovis. I never opened the ist FREE Altovis I received supposedly free 2 months ago. I called the # that ws on the envelope above and talked with a "representative" teling him to please re-imburse me for the 70.00 as I had no $ in my checking account and he said he could not.

I begged pleaded and I genuinely cried. I cannot even afford groceries for 2 of my 4 children still at home why would I order something like this and spend this amt of $ ? I didn't.

I am so very scared I begged literally to plese talk with a manager or a higher up person and I was told unfortunately I couldnt. Again I said please reimburse my checking account. I will be overdrawn cannot work due to health problems. I have 4 Drs all who have agreed until all tests ( medical come back i cannot work) and I have no other income but the little support I get from my husband who I am seperated from loans from my parents etc until the drs and specialists can find out what is wrong with my stomach and fix whatever it is and hopefully I can return to work asap when all tests come back. I also told him this and I was and am genuinely in tears.

I have no money, cannot obtain $ to cover the amt that I NeVER gave them nor told or signed any paper giving them permission to take $ out of my checking acount nor was I even advised beforehand that as it states in the letter I received with the order of altovis I never ordered. You will receive 60 day cycle of Altovis approximately 5 days bwefore your current cycle runs out. " Also: your credit card will be billed the Managed Care price of only $70.00 on the day the product is shipped, unless you cancel before the end of the shipmentdate"

How would I even know the shipping date when I never ordered it nor signed up verbally or written ( in writing) to cancel the shipment and also prevent them from taking the $70.00 out of my checking acct when they never sent called me etc prior to the shipping date that I have no idea what it is was since I never agreed to a membership etc and now I am left with a product their refusal to re-imburse the amt they took out of my checking acct without my permission after the fact that they had already taken out before I received notice of this today?

Please please help me to get my $ back as I said I cannot work. I cannot receive disability benefits etc until unless my diagnosis comes back that I am unable to work. And I am being honest when I am teling you that I have no $ not even for groceries. How can they do ths? Isn't this fraud and how can they get away with this when I never ever did or would especialy given my situation and no $ coming in them permission to take $ out of my checking act? How does this happen and then they say they can't reimburse my $ that I never authorized them to do and not refund me the $. I feel I this was actually stolen by this company if ther is even such a real company where u cannot get a reimbursement back or no one else that they claim I could talk to and I begged am still crying shaking wondering how and what will happen to me.

Mon a.m. re: my bank and checking account and I even said please don't do this on top of you taking my $ out this check will bounce and I cannot do not have any money to put in nor to cover the expenses that this all willl also create?

Anything that you can do please please please feel free to call me e-mail me and or help me I am desperate and very afraid and I cannot cover this amt. I have no $
