Berkley Premium Nutraceuticals - Warner Health Care - Avlimil.com ripoff fraudulent billing product never received Cincinnati Ohio

I ordered a free sample of Avlimil by calling the toll free number as seen on TV. I was to be charged $4.50 for shipping.

On March 6, 2004 my credit card was charged $2.00 and $2.50 by askavlimil.com for shipping. As of today's date, April 7, 2004, I had not received the product by mail. I again called the company, talked to a service consultant and explained the situation. I was informed they are not responsible for product packages lost in the mail. The service rep. also stated many people try to receive the product for free by claiming they have never received it. I asked if the company had a way of tracking the item mailed. She said no and nowhere do they claim to send certified packages....that is my problem.

I explained I had beeen away on vacation and the mail had been kept at the post office...the package was not there...it never arrived. I was then told as of April 1, 2004 my credit card had been charged an additional $70.00 for 2 more months of the product. I told her to cancel the account and remove the charges. Since I never had a chance to even try the product, I certainly was not willing to receive more.

She said the product is completely non-refundable...I would be liable for all charges. I am calling my credit card company now and will refuse to pay this portion of the bill, ($74.50), as it was fraudulently charged.
