I got my "Berman Differential" book and cd in the mail and 4 CD's and a pamphlet stating "you will be billed only 99.90 at the end of your 30 day consideration period only if YOU decide to keep the entire "Berman Differential Program."

It states "simply keep the 4 Berman Differential CD's for less than $25 each (a one-time fee of 99.90 billed conveniently to your credit card). That is over 2/3 off our website price! But if you'd rather not take advantage of this discount offer, simply call 1-877-237-6265 Mon-Fri. 7am to 5pm PST before the end of your consideration period and schedule a return and you won't be charged."

I wonder how many people even read this pamphlet. It just so happens I have been burned so many times and yet it still happens, I read everything with a fine toothed comb, and yes, I read everything ole Berman offered and over and over, you can get the book "I got here. You can too!" and the CD for the cost of shipping and handling, and I've had success with this type offer before.

If he would have stated anything about the $99.90 I would have never tried this. I got an manilla envelope and it's stuffed with some nasty gray matter that was broken on arrival hope it's not asbestos, and the return address simply states Berman Investment Group, Newport Beach , Ca. 92660 and the phone no. 877 237-6265.

So, after reading the pamphlet telling me of the 30 days and we'll charge ya 99.90 I went right to rip-off report and I should have done it, before I ever did this!!! I'm kicking myself. Because sure enough there is detail, blow by blow reports of exactly what I could have avoided.

So I called the number; a polite man said you still have 21 days. I said "oh no, I never knew about this 4 C D's and it says schedule a return and I am sending this back. I said this is wrong how you have done this. If you had been up front instead of sneaking this in, I would have been able to make an educated decision " he never mentioned my order no. until I harped on it and he gave me a no. then ding, I get my email notice, there's an email from them.

" You have requested the following Return Merchandise Authorization for your product from The Berman Investment Group. Your RMA number is # 73***. In order to ensure that you are not billed for the products and that your account is closed the products must be postmarked within 5 days. To insure the proper identification of your return please enclose a copy of this email with your return package and write you RMA #on your return package. Thank you for considering our products.

So now I have a return address, but the RMA no. is not the same no he gave me on the telephone. And I have to pay postage to send the CD's back I never requested and make a copy of his email for me to return the CD's and buy a package to send.

I told the rep there that he had better not charge my card and that I am sending the CD's back and getting proof from the PO that I sent them.

The pamphlet states "you made a great decision ordering this package. We know you'll make another one and choose the entire money making set that is at your fingertips."
Gee Mr. money maker Berman, I never made a decision, you slammed me with your cd's to the tune of $99.90 and got my credit card no. and my personal information on the sly and now you're telling me you are going to charge it in 30 days.I'm sure they'll have a reason why they didn't get the correct information on me before the 30 days, could it be the two different no's. you gave me for the return?

Now the burden is on me to comply to your trickerous and deceptive return and the time and expense of doing so, and the nail biting will he hit my credit card in 30 days anyway? I know your story is old , you are a fraudulent, deceiving, lying con artist. Enjoy your money now, because I've been taught and I do believe that you will pay for your business ethics and it's not going to be "a profitable Business Day" for right now you are the only one having that anyway.
