ordered FREE BOOK BUT $90.80 X2 WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT UNAUTHORIZED!!! First they said that their computers were down and it would take awhile to get my account up. Then I called again and a third, still getting the run around. I gave them three days to that money back into my account. That made me go overdrawn on my account! I've called the Ohio Attorney General to see what I can do.
I thought I was just getting a free book; my charge was only 3.95 shipping. It turns out that they took out of my bank account $90.80, 2 different times!!! I didn't authorize them to do that. I've been calling them all day about returning my money and asking why they would do something like that.
First, I get Lisa, she tells me the computer is down adn isn't able to get to my account yet and for me to call back.
In the meantime, my account is overdrawn!
Lisa told me that I ordered CD's????? I didn't order anything except a free book with a 3.95 shipping charge!
I was in finals when I received the order adn didn't pat attention to it until now - when I discovered they had taken money out of my account!
I called again - this time I talk with a Donna and then another person.
This is manipulative; something that psychologists call "low-balling" sales.
I've called the Attorney General's office in Ohio adn if I have to I'll call and. file a compliant with the California attorny's general office.
There is another company called "winning in the cash flow business" that also is questionable; for a 30 day free trial of 219.80 - I still haven't seen it. There received their product back on the 5th of June - but they haven't returned my money! they haven't returned my calls either! Their phone number is 888-499-7064.
The only thing I was trying to do was start some kind of business; my son has had two open heart surgeries and is limited in what he can do. These companies are questionable in integrity.

It sounds like they are stalling you so 60 days will expire. After that, your bank will be less willing to help you.
