SEO Reputation Management at its best!

During my recent career search, I sent my resume unknowingly to a company called Bernard Haldane and Associates. I was called in for what I was led to believe was a job interview. When I arrived, I was taken to the office of Joe Alynski, where I was given a sales pitch for the company, which promised a hidden market for thousands of open positions not posted in newspapers or on the Internet.

All I had to do was pay them $5000.00 + up front, and go through the Haldane Process and they would use their resources to place me into interviews and eventually a job, which was promised to me to be between fifty and ninety thousand dollars per year, more than two hundred percent more than what I was currently making. I asked Joe during the interview Will you find me a job? and he replied Absolutly, that's what we do.

Needless to say, I fell victim to the pitch and entered the Haldane Process. After 8-10 meetings, and four months in the program, I have discovered that there is no Hidden Job Market, and that my career counselor is no longer, or never was, working to find me employment.

I went to Joe Alynski, the salesperson to the South Bend BHA office, and Joe Butzer, my personal career counselor at BHA, and asked for a full refund for services not rendered, and they refused my request. I made Mr. Alynski aware of my intentions to contact The Better Business Bureau, The Attorney General, and National Fraud Information Center. His response was care free, and included statements of being a member of The Better Business Bureau, and that he knew Attorney General Carter on a personal level and none of these actions would be a problem for BHA to handle.

I have retained a lawyer to fight this scam, and am putting together a website to report all of my activities to my fellow victims so that you will know what and what not to do if you choose to fight this. I hope it will be up and running within a week with downloadable letters to every states attorney in the states that BHA operates out of, including BBB addresses and other resources.

If you have fallen victim to this, I feel for you, lets get together and fight this thing. I will put the link on this report as soon as possible.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Caveat Jobseeker ..make them squirm

AUTHOR: Bill - (U.S.A.)

Yeah, if this doesn't get resolved, call the nice folks at WNDU ( Contact 16 ), hand them copies of all the Rip-off Reports to show how Haldane operates...

Then just sit back and watch.

( the CBS affiliate never had much of a "Let's Solve Consumer Complaints" segment, if I recall correctly. WNDU, on the other hand, seems to revel in making people squirm. Good for ratings. )

best of luck-- bill b, formerly of south bend

You have a list of contacts

AUTHOR: TheFraudChick@aol.com - (U.S.A.)

Contact your local news station and speak to the "watch dog" group. Contact 60 Minutes, 20/20, and Bill O'Reilly from the Fox News channel. Right now O'Reilly is the most effective in shutting down or highlighting scoundrels.

Good Luck.

PS Nice work on the authority notification process.

Bernard Haldane - Can You Say Class Action Lawsuit!

AUTHOR: Gregory - (U.S.A.)

Okay, heres heres the deal. Shortly after I filed my first Ripp-Off Report, and filed with the Better Business Bureau, I got a letter from Larry Keim, BHA's Client Services Director, offering me 50% of my money back. I really didn't find that acceptable. So here is what I did - I wrote a letter not only to the Indiana States attorney general, but to every attorney general in every state that BHA operates out of!

I also contacted the National Fraud Information Center, The National Association of Attorneys General, Anti-Fraud.com.

I also make it a point at least once a week to print out a stack of rip off reports, and hand them out in front of the Chicago, Indianapolis, or South Bend offices to potential BHA clients, hopefully helping to save them from suffering as I have. But we need to do more!

Is anybody spearheading a Class Action Lawsiut against these bastards? Can anybody recommend any reporters that I can talk to who are in the process of exposing these assholes?

Please post those Rip-off Reports and be counted, lets get together on this thing and fight it! Rip-off Report will contact you when a lawyer in your state files a lawsuit.
