Bought 3 of these sets from Berry Creek Bedding company for our home THINKING that if I was paying close to $1000 per bedding set that they would be made well.
Within 3 weeks the threading was falling apart and after 1 wash the colors were fading beyond belief. I called Berry Creek bedding company to see if maybe I had miswashed the items they confirmed that was not an issue the way I washed them. Then after describing the problem the whole table turned and they become VERY RUDE and UNHELPFUL. I spent over $2800 with this company and now it's "go read the policies we aren't responsible".
I have contact the BBB and my credit card company about Berry Creek Home and hope to have word soon on the result of this. Let this be a public service announcement this stuff is not holding up!
