Bert Chasse Black Mold, Drafty, Leaky Roof/Walls, Furnace issues, Unlicensed workers, Overcharged rent Orono/Hartford Maine

Darryl and Tina (last name unknown), so called "park managers", are not licensed to be doing their jobs. They screw up more then they fix. 

We are currently living in a trailer that has black mold, a leaky roof, drafty conditions, the furnace has NO floor under it and is NOT up to code. The walls are soaked underneath the windows from them leaking. Whenever we have company, they complani about the smell of oil coming from the furnace. Our lights flicker. One side of the LR has no electricity in it. All the wiring is faulty and not up to code, its disinegrating. The floors bow when you walk on them, feels like you are going to fall through. 

In the park (Forest Ave. Mobile Park), telephone poles have fallen over due to lack of repair and non-licensed "tree cutters" knocking trees onto them. There have been previous people in the park say they have had all of these problems. And OMG the drug users! They blast their music from 2AM to 8AM and no one will do anything about it. 

I am pregnant and this is NOT a safe enviornment for me or the baby, but unfortunately we do not have money or help to move.
