Berthoud Fair Deal Auto's Scam All The Way! Loveland, Colorado

I had my 2000 Cadillac Deville shipped from TX to SD in early March of 2010. According to the truck driver & the dealers ship that I purchased the car there was no damage to the car prior to the car being loaded by Berthoud Fair Deal Auto company. The truck drivers report reflects this. About 4 days later the truck driver showed up with my car and I was there as the truck driver unloaded my that was very dirty, but I understand the reason why the driver just went through a snow storm earlier that day and didn't get the opportunity to spray off the cats as he noted. Once the car was off the transport truck the driver & myself walked around the car to see if any damage was created during transporting. The driver noticed that on the roof on the car there was damage on the back of my roof in the middle to where it was dented good with long deep straches and the driver stated this was caused by the upper deck system leaking fulid whiched caused the upper deck to come down and rub on my roof. The driver stated that he would note this on the BOL and sign it to state this damage was created the car transporter. I called Bob the owner of Berthoud Fair Deal Auto's and stated there was damage due to your car carrier and what is the process to handle this. Bob stated to me to go out and get an estimate and fax it over to him and once he had the opportunity to view the esitmate he would be senting me out a check for the damage created to my car. Within the next copule of days I got an estimate and faxed it over to Bob and then called Bob the very next day to discuss the details. Bob ensured me that we would be sending out a check to me and I should receive within the next few days. To make a long story short, It is now June 2010 and I still have not recceived a check from Berthoud Fair Deal Auto's. I have called many times with the false promises of I will be sending out the check. I contacted Bob's Insurance company and spoke to Diane Martin and she was no help to me at all and stated this is just a little under Bob's deductable and Bob has the right to pay it out of his pocket or through his insurance which Bob elected not to..I'm guessing. Mrs. Martin also stated I could go through my insurance and have the damage fixed and I asked her why would I do that when I didn't create the problem and it will be money out of my pocket. Mrs Martin replied this will be the fasted way to get your car repaired. Long story short, just like the other report you read that Berthoud Fair Deal Auto is nothing but a big scam company along with the insurance company that does not stand behind and repair peoples cars that were damaged caused by Berthoud Fair Deal Auto's. I am planning on conatcing other people that have been ripped off by this company and bringing a class action law suit against them and do everything in my power to shut them down for good!
