Barry Kahn and Mindy Kahn defrauded me in my investment into Bessie and Barnie in August of 2012. The Financials they disclosed were fraudulent and both Barry and Mindy Kahn intentionally deceivedme and continue to deceive their customers. Bessie and Barnie manufactures dog products.. Dog bagel beds, harnesses, blankets, collars and leashes. Months after joining the company I uncovered the unscrupulous activity that Barry and Mindy Kahn have been doing for years. When the small business owners are placing an order Barry and Mindy Kahn only authorize credit card payments. The credit card is immediately charged and processed the moment the order is taken. These orders go unfulfilled for months at a time or on rare occasion weeks go by. Barry and Mindy Kahn use the company funds to support their lifestyle and bleed the company of its cash flow. Inexcusable excuses are used to silence irate customers who have placed 1000's of dollars in orders and have had credit cards billed. Blaming weather condition, custom hold ups and other lame excuses. Many times goods are shipped with no packing or purchase slips so customers won’t contest the order, which many times are filled with fabrics which customers did not place because due to the lack of inventory caused by the Kahn’s (Con). Bessie and Barnie's financial cash flow is built on the same basis of a PONZI SCHEME. Credits cards are processed and used to fulfill months old orders. The Kahn’s have been operating the business like this for years. This has begun taking a toll on the company’s revenue and sales have decreased dramatically impacting Both Barry and Mindy ability to continue scheming and defrauding customers. I confronted both Barry and Mindy Kahn on May 24th and alerted them that I will attempt to dissolve the company and file a criminal and civil suit against both. Barry and Mindy Kahn are attempting to continue to operate the business Bessie and Barnie. I advise all customers that if your placing an order do not have your credit card charged until you either get FIRM confirmation of shipment or preferable get terms. I was also made aware of another alleged investor who has been defrauded by Mindy Kahn in New York, NY a former business partner.
