I ordered hair gel from this company and they sent me an email confirmation to my HOTMAIL email account. When the box arrived it was a completely different product so I called the phone # and found an automated recording and no way to speak to a customer representative. I tried sending an email to their so-called customer service email and found that they do not accept emails from free email accounts such as hotmail, yahoo etc. I tried using their live chat and there is no response at all. I called my bank to do a charge back and they did but now got a letter from a collection agency saying that I owe bestbeautysupplystore a ridiculous quadrupled amount of money!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE>>> THEY ARE COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!
