I had equipment installed by Geek Squad in April 2011. I misplce the bill and just found it. I call customer care. They refused to discuss the extremely high charges with me. even though I found the items on line for less than third the price they charged. I am writing this in the hope of saving others the same loss. Be very careful or donot use the Geek Squad. It is their entension to convence you that you need other equipment to get your products working then charge outragous prices for those extra. Chech it out for yourself. This is what I found.

You're reading your receipt wrong. The order is as follows...
1. SKU
2. Description of product
3. License Plate# (how the installer keeps track of his vehicle inventory)
4. Price
These are the prices you actually paid for each item.
SKU 8724311
URC MX-980 Remote $599.99
SKU 8367554
URC MRF350 RF Base Station $249.99
SKU 9510727
Audioquest Cinnamon HDMI 1M $69.99
SKU 9513993
Audioquest Cinnamon HDMI 5M $158.99 ($179.99 Online BBY.com)
The Apple TV is cut off from your picture but I assure you
its $99.99 (I sell 3-4 a month).
We may not match Amazon's prices but you were not ripped off. Remember that the installer had them available for you on installation day and connected everything for you. Amazon would ship it to you in a box and you would have to hook it up yourself.

This "RipOff" is so funny it is sad. While the "receipt" you posted is very hard to read and for all we know may not even be a real BB receipt. But based on what you did post, it does appear that you are reading it very wrong.
Go take another look at your receipt, look at the first line that says "PRODUCTS" very carefully. Have you figured it out yet?
Well let me help you. The first line of every item is the SKU#, because the first line after "PRODUCTS" is the SKU#. If you look at that SKU(8724311) on the BB web site, you would see that that belongs to a Universal Remote, which for some reason you left off of your list of items you bought.
I will give you credit for one thing, at least you had enough sense to only call them and not go in. Of course if you don't believe what I am saying, go ahead and go to the store. I am sure that the expressions on their face will be priceless.
But keep this in mind also. A store can charge what ever they want, so even if they were higher they are under no obligation legally to refund you any difference. However, if they have a price match "policy" and were not abiding by it, you would have a valid complaint. But I have never seen a store, especially with electronics, price match past 2-4 weeks.
