Ordered a golf head. A week later called the order line, since I could not get a response from email. Person told me to email my concern since I was calling the order line. Still awaiting a response.

let me start off by saying based on previous reports on this company.. here is (probably) what's going to happen in your case (based on other people's experience)
yes I believe you will get the item you paid for.. most people are happy with the quality of the items they get in the mail ... you order will probably take about 4-8 weeks for you to get ...if that's ok with you.. fine... if not cancel the order...
was your credit card actually charged? previous reports stated some people's credit cards were charged immediately others not..
read the other reports on this site regarding Best Buy Golf Supply for more info.. file a complaint with the Attorney General's office in his local state.
