Ordered my Golf clubs April 26, 2008. Got a email stating their running about 3 days behind...ok with me. I was leaving for vacation anyway. 2 Weeks go by and I get nothing no clubs, no emails and no calls. 3rd Week I email them 3 times and call them 3 times. No emails back and each time I called their was a answer telling me to leave a message and the answer machine was full. Oh by the way I paid for 3 day shipping. Week number 4, I email twice and then called. I finally get a person, I tell him whats going on and he gives me a tracking number. I called UPS and they told me the package was still in California and be held by security. I'm thinking I just ordered a set of golf clubs. Then I got to thinking what if the tracking number was a generic. I wait a couple more days. I either want my golf clubs overnighted or refund my money. The internet web site and email stated I should have my clubs in 14 days. Don't let them tell you about their oversea suppliers...BS.
I just want my clubs(overnighted) or my money back!!!!
Think long and hard before you order anything from this company.

We have never ever in 15 years charged a customer and not shipped the order to them. You are commenting on things you do not know. We have been in business for over 15 years for a reason. We have thousands and thousands of satisfied customers that are very happy with us and continue to purchase from us. We work with over 60 manufacturers and we are at the mercy of the manufacturers and foundries on our products. If they are out of stock or behind in production it is out of our control. We are a large volume company that fills orders upon receiving them in order in which we receive them. We are always striving to improve. We have been yelled at and cussed at with vulgar language from customers for a manufacturer being back ordered on a product that is out of our control. No one and we mean no one needs to be spoken to like that. We are a great source for top of the golf products at affordable prices. We are sorry for any inconvenience that has been caused but certain things our out of our control.

you need to contact your bank and file a chargeback on your credit card. the tracking number you've been given is probably false (for another customer) you can verify this by contacting UPS and asking what the delivery address is of the package (a security hold means UPS tried to deliver the package to the person (the customer) in california but they couldn't get through a security gates etc.

basically what Ken (the owner) of the company is doing is a process of using "new order" credit card charges to pay for older ones.. and then blames the founderies (the golf club maker in China for the delay) this provides a free cash flow, that pays for his personal expenses.. thier are hundreds of negative reports on the Better business bureau website.. if you call Ken to complain he will start yelling at your about how difficult it is to raise children.

Ken could solve this problem very easily by stating on his website.. all orders take 3 to 4 months from time your credit card is charged to recieve their items of course this would reduce his orders.. (or simply don't charge the credit card until.. AFTER the customer has recieved the item at thier home from UPS)

the next step is to have the business license revoked by filing a complaint with both his state attorney general office with referances to the hundreds of reports on this site and the BBB, (or at least have his visa/mc credit card processing bank drop him.. due to the high number of fraud complaints)

Ken do the right thing, and update your website with the 4 month delay notice and stop charging people's credit cards until after they have recieved the item
