I brought a car 2009 Nissan Murano and it was a Lemon and sold me a bad car .From day one this car was out and mess up .Struts and shocks bleeding badily and transfer case crack and fuel pump.I ask for my money back and they refuse to give me my money .I need help no one will help i dont think its fair to get over on me i dont have no money to loose .I’am writing this letter because i really need
your help .On March 12,2016 I recently went to a used car place to purchased a car ,so I get around with my children to and from school and home.I’am a single working mom who have 6 kids  but 3 still at home and I can’t afford forpeople to get over me .Trying to better myself and fix my credit and do better things in life and now look at this company .I got  a 2009 Nissan Murano with them charging $17,890 for the car .

When I first test the drove the car I notice some noise and when you drive over a bump its was shaking ,I made the dealship aware of it and I was advise the car will be fix and ready to go that morning .I then arrive the next day and was told the car was done and ready .But once I started driving it I notice it was not right at all .I tool the car to STI place to tell me what was wrong and I paid to
have it look at the gentlemen told me its bad bad struts and leaking struts in the back and the front needed struts and shocks repair .I So which means it was never fix I called the office to speak with Steve and Kevin and several workers there complaining.I was told to bring it back to them so I arrive back to there office and they ask me to drop the car off at midas on castor ave in Philadelphia and I did .Now this means I was out of a car for some days and they was never was on point best buy office and it was an excuse with ordering the parts .

Now I pick up the car and once again you here the front noise very bad and when you turn the car makes noise it feel
like the car bootom of wheel going to crack or come off .Again I made them aware of this and they tell me bring the car back and I did here ago I haven’t enjoy the car because they have it saying its going to be fix  and they give me a old smelling like cigarettes dirty inside nasty car til the car was ready .So now over the weekend I’m out of car til they had the car fix .The car still having the problem .

I feel like I was sold a lemon how did this car past inspection with all these problem .This place is a fraud and getting over on people .I went to them asking for my my money back on March 16,2016 which mean I only had the car about 5 to 6 days .They curse me
out and called me all kinds of names and animals and said no refund at all.I don t have no money to waste on a car that’s not right .They was asking me to lie to the banks and lie when I get interview the car and amount I gave them .

Please help me I been got and fraud is at this building .Everyone
there is in ther ripping people off badily .Blue book Value of the car says $9,000 to 14,000 almost they charge me a different amount .I think legal action should be taken I will be contacting the news and all state and government of Pa.I have other reviews that wrote about them,somebody need to go in there undercover and see the scams .Its a shame they are doing this to people,they are now keep calling me telling me their cancel my tag on my car

Fraud can occur at every level of the sale, from w the truth does not come out until after the sale is finalized and they are financially responsible for the vehicle.hat you were promised about the condition of the car to the financing of the purchase.

I don’t think its fair at all and I don’t want to deal with this company I
want my money back and go somewhere else where I ‘m satisfied at and who won’t get over me .My car transfer case crack tire flew off and fuel pump bad .They sold me a lemon and bad car i m so upset because this problem less then 4 and half months please help,they over charge me .The car transfer case and fuel pump is done like 3000.00 to get fix less then 4 mos only having the car
