I had a similar experience at Best Buy. We purchased a computer, decided to upgrade because of the fantastic rebates, and then, we got one of the rebates back in the mail saying we missed a UPC, even though the rebate receipt had TONS of details on it...so we're outta $90 on that. THEN, we bought 2 Sprint PCS cell phones because they were on sale for $49 each with a $150 rebate back if you bought 2. So we bought 2 and now find out that the rebate won't exceed the purchase price. False advertising!!! I won't be doing business there in the future!

perhaps i don't understad. you purchased two phones andgot them for free (after rebate) whats that you want the free phones and. sounds like quite a deal to me. i would continue to shop at best buy, who knows you might find a free tv.

say what, you want free phones and monet back as well. you say best buy riped you off. sounds like you want to rip them off. behaps it's best buy that should ban you from their store.
