I went to get a tracking number for an order my mother placed because she goofed on my address. Went to contact customer service and gave the rude lady my mothers name etc was told "we can't do this your not her"

What insulted me was she asked "are you *****" DUHH.

I wanted to give her the order # and she repeated her scripts.

This has gone too far. What a crappy way of doing customer service! I will never shop BestBuy Online again. I'm thinking about putting a complaint to the CEO of Best Buy but what good will that do?

Another customer service rep treated my Mom the same way.. GURRR.

Enjoy your 600 percent markup mr CEO of BestBuy, INC You have some cool stuff but your customer service agents are F***IN RUDE!

Me needs to make an effort to "record" his calls to customer service for "quality and BS"
