Best buy /Futureshop.ca I bought a laptop on Futureshop.ca, CanadaPost lost it and the company refuse to refund me, It's been 9 business days. I haven't get a firm answer. Ontario

I bought a laptop on futureshop.ca

I track my order on Nov 22 and found it's has been delivered to my address with a signature.

Nobody in my family actually received  the order.

I called both Futureshop and Canadapost. They said they will investigate and let me know the result within five business days.

When I called Canadapost on Nov 28, I found out that they didn't do anything and they just wait for the package comeback itself. when I called Futureshop, they said they have to wait for the Canadapost result and they don't know how long that can take. I am outrageous. with such a bid store, they can't afford sending me another laptop. They chage me 700$ and I didn't get anyhting from them. No apology and no action to help me.  Thjis store is ripping me off.
