Best Buy They allowed my father in law personal ID s to be used by a stranger. They have video tape evidence but refuse to use it to release his name from this debt.....stranger purchase a lot of gift cards. rockford, Illinois

Best buy store in Rockford, Il.  allowed a  stranger approximately 40 years old..(Female) to open up a Best Buy credit account around Christmas time.  Using an an eighty year old mans ID's.  There is video evidence to show how she did it as there  are cameras everywhere in the service desk.  Thousands of dollars of gift cards were purchased.........They refuse to let this evidence clear him of this claim.......I have spent alot of time and money  at Best Buy.  I no longer buy my electronics at Best Buy.........I am spreading the word.............
