In 2002 I bought a Sony vaio pcg- fx310 laptop from my local Best Buy. It worked okay for a while, then all of the sudden my screen started fading and turning off during use.

I took it back to Best Buy to get repaired. When I got my computer back it wouldn't even turn on. Best Buy said it needed a new motherboard. I took good care of this computer. I only had it a short time. There's no reason it would quit working all of the sudden.

I believe they did something to it. I am very angry.
I'll never shop at Best Buy again. I'll find a place where customers are treated right. If anybody knows how I can get my money back, please tell me. Thank You!
