Best Buy, e Machines are the worst Rebate Ripoff Calais, Detroit Maine, michigan

first best buy lied and told me with the purchase of an emachine and sign-up for dsl i would recieve the first three months of service free.

Verizon knew absolutely nothing of this offer.
I was then told by best buy ,how and where to send my rebate form.

I submitted the rebate form in the correct amount of time needed to process the rebate.

purchase of e machine was made in january. I get a letter of disapproval in april. Expiration of the use of rebate is the 30 of april.

I call best buy to find out what the letter was about. best buy informs me it's an emachine matter. i call emachine they tell me it is a best buy matter.
neither one of these institutions want to accept responsibility for getting me my rebate.
emachine simply said it was nothing they could do.
50.00 gone!!

My first time ever filing a rebate form and i get ripped off. between these two multi-million dollar companies, no one can come up with 50.00 to keep a consumer satisfied.
I am outraged. As i know this has happened plenty of times. best buy has sales and rebates and you end up paying the original price!!
