best buys geek squad craped up my lap top UNKNOWN Nationwide

This to let the whole world know thar Geek Squad will rip you off,  crap up you computers and tell you they don,t know what the problem is. I called them the other nite about 10:30 on the 1/27/17 all i wanted was to get my taskbar resized. Well the dumb agent did that and a tune up.                                     NOW the task bar is screwed up and cortana is not where it was before the dumb agent craped up my new lap top.This has gotten to the point that every time that geeksquad works on my computers they crap it up they do not listen to what I have told the first agent and then the first agent or what ever you want to call them and i have quite a few choice names for all of them they do not relay the info to what ever they have working on my problems.                                                                                                  

  It's not just geeksquad but the whole company at best buys has gotten to the point that they  all suck. NOW I want a real superviser to get in touch with me and my wife and see if thay can get the screw up fixed on my computer. This is a on going problem with geeksquad  and i think the ceo of best buys should get off his rear end and get this problem fixed.
