Best Chair Inc" Best Home Furnishings Would not honor warranty on Sofa and Loveseat Ferdinand, Indiana

I purchased a Best sofa and loveseat from a Rocker World a small business that moved shortly after my purchase. The sides of both units started (about six months) a loud crack when sat upon that later became the whole sides would move lateral three of four inches. Best tried to forced me to try to get the repair started from Rocker World which would never return phone calls including from Best. Best near the close of the Better Business bureau complaint first offered to return the items to Indiana for repair if I would get them to a store about thirty miles away, then later agreed to pick them up from my house. This took about four months. Two months later and with the Better Business Bureau complaint closed out they sent me a letter that because the problem was/is on both sides of each piece that it must be customer abuse and would not fixed the problem, and plied on that the furniture was in an unsanitary condition. The furniture had a cover over it the whole time I owned it and looking at the frame of the furniture all I saw holding the sides in place was a thick pieces of stapled cardboard. I don't know when I will be getting the unrepaired items back or what to do when they arrive. I called Best which was not a good experience.

Rocker World didn't response to my complaint about them to the BBB.
