I ordered a pair of shoes on April 19 2014 and paid $267 for them using Paypal. They were never delivered. Because they seemed to be coming from China, where delivery is slow, I didn't notify Paypal until after 45 days. Paypal don't do anything if the problem is reported more than 45 days after the original transaction. The lesson I have learned is not to use Paypal in future.
