Best Choice Cameras no invoice until multiple calls, then it was incomplete and when I called them I got attitude and told them I did not recieve lenses with package I got an updated invoice and was accused of having the lenses but saying I didn;t. I recieved the lenses the next day. I did not recieve the warrenty papers with items and when I called I was told that they send the papers in for me. I called Nikon and asked about this and the Nikon rep took the serial numbers on my camera body and 2 lenses. The one lenses was refurbished and the camera body and other lense are grey market items which Nikon will not honor the warrenty. I called Best Choice and told them about this and what I found out and he was rude and said that they only sell new items and didn;t comment on the grey market issue. I said I wanted a refund and was emailed a form saying I agree to a 15% restocking fee and lost shipping. I called and told them I refused to sign because it was their fault and sub par merchandise that made me want to return items. He said to me that he don't care about me and hung up. I am contested the charges with my bank and it is being done now.
