Best Choice Software Sunny Decker trying to keep my deposit without providing product or services Bradenton, Florida

At the Las Vegas Expo I gave Best Choice Software (BCS) a deposit of $950 towards a $5,000 purchase of their stock-picking software that "would make me tons of money".  I downloaded a demo file once back in my office and decided after viewing it that I did not have the time nor education to go forward with the purchase at this time.  At that point I received nothing of value, no functioning program and no data feeds. Nothing!

When I called to inform them I didn't want to proceed with my purchase and asked for my refund I was told the company policy was "No Refunds".  This fact was not disclosed to me when I gave them my VISA card at the trade show and it's not on any document at the point of sale.  Even so, if it were printed somewhere in their literature, the fact that I received no goods or services from them should mean they are not entitled by law to keep my money if I ask for a refund.  I received nothing of value from them.

I have spoken with the owner, Sunny Decker, who seems like a nice guy, but is not about to change his mind.  I am now forced to take him to the credit card company and to the promoters of the Money Show Traders Expo to get a refund.  What a pain in the butt!

Think about it: if this guy were a successful company he would not force a customer to take steps beyond a simple request to get the rightful return of money for which the company has done nothing to earn and is not entitled to keep.  While I can't say anything about the actual value of the software, I can say the owner is not reputable and therefore, the company and its products are suspect. 

I would advise anyone to stay clear and don't do business with Best Choice Software, no matter how juicy the offer sounds and no matter how easy BCS says it is to make "a ton of money".  Call me anytime to hear my real passion about BCS. (((phone number redacted))).
