I went and purchased a set of Sony XB700 headphones from this website. Knowing what the specs were ahead of time and what the product looked like, this site had a description of all the specifications from the Sony website as well as the picture. The item that I received did not have the same look as on their website as well as the sound potential it was supposed to have. There were plastic parts where there should have been metal, the earphones are not as big as they should be. When listening into the headphone they can barely handle the volume on my computer. These headphones were supposed to handle bass, but the driver in these headphones have no bass.
This website says they are located in Texas, but they are getting their items from China (as I looked up the tracking info from USPS that was provided). I just find it aggravating that a site supposedly residing within the US has misleading product information described on their website and giving their customers fake Chinese goods that look close to it but are not real. They need to stop selling products that are not the real deal or at least put the correct images and descriptions with where they are actually shipping them from (China).

i would imagine that this is likely a front for the people behind Best-electronicstore who supply counterfeit goods sent direct from China, do not answer emails and will not refund when asked to.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered a pair of Sennheiser CX400-II-B In-Ear Headphones. They arrived after 15 working days. They state on the homepage, that they send the items from Belqium to Germany, but obviously it came from China, as the customs declaration on the package said. Besides, the headphones do not seem to be of the quality, Sennheiser CX400-II-B are normally of (as I've been using this type of headphones for years). The sound is different, the volume control less sensitive and the cable had some bad knickers, due to the way they were rolled in the packing or the quality of the cable itself(I wonder how long It will take 'till there is a cable break). The plug doesn't fit perfectly in my Ipod, as it used to with the original headphones. Absolutely a fake. They answered very fast as I had a question concerning the order before the item arrived, now as I'm complaining via Mail (no other way to contact the company) they play dead.

Best-electronicstore.com also ships to France ... from CHINA. I also received a fake procduct (it's a Sony MDR XB500 Stereo headphones). The product is a poor imitation, fully plastic-made, very light and with bad features ...
