Best Fitness will not cancel your memebership no matter how many times you ask, and continue to drain your bank account! Chelmsford Massachusetts

I have been trying to cancel my gym membership since June.  I have gone in person, I have sent letters, some certified, I have recorded myself asking them to cancel it, and I have taped notices to their door.  They refuse to cancel them membership.  They said I had to meet with a "fitness councillor" to cancel the membership in which the contract expired in 2013.  After refusing to cancel the membership, their staff (Kady Esposito) attempted to threaten me over yelp, and said to just deal with their collection company.

I have disputed all charges since June with the bank, and the bank sided with me.  I don't want any money, I just want these criminals to stop collection efforts against me for money that I do not owe and to finally confirm that my membership is cancelled.  I have a case open with the Massachusetts Attorney General's office, and I encourage anyone else that has been ripped off by the scam artists to do the same.  Hopefully if enough people have been ripped off by this company, the AG will shut them down.
