 I ordered and paid for (via Paypal) 2 pairs of shoes on Dec 11, 2013.  These shoes have not been received.  I have sent 3 emails to the customer service email address (travimith@vip.126.com) with no response and 1 email to the store owner (elizabethlope@126.com), also no response.
