Best New Talent Awards RIPPED OFF KIDS Valencia, California

For years I have been trying to track down a "talent agency".

This is what happened:
Back in July of 2005 there was a casting call online, and on the radio for talent in the area (actors, models, comedians, singers, etc...) so myself and hundreds of other people went to these "auditions" to be told that there were only a few spots open to attend a seminar based competition in LA in front of important producers and agents whom helped tons of people in the industry. There you would attend seminars, classes, etc, and in the end audition for these professionals in order to get call backs, etc.

So, after a couple of hours I received a call, stating I had been chosen to meet up with the talent scouts to discuss the options for the competition in LA. I attended a hotel in Orlando, FL to meet with them, when they told me to be in the competition it was going to cost $800 to reserve my position in the seminars, classes, and competition. So of course, they took advantage of someone who "thought" they were paying for a weekend long full of classes and seminars with high up professionals. Let me tell you they did a great job at advertising famous people all over the internet at the time, commercials, etc promoting this thing.

I even called the hotel in LA where they were holding it, and it was legit! However aside from those $800 I still had to pay for airfare, hotel stay, and food! Yes, we got to attend these classes, but none of the 15 people I met and hung out with at the competition got call backs afterwards, even if they placed in the competition! We never even received any of the things we paid for (DVDs, event books, etc) which was an extra $40!!

Now come to find out, they suckered a ton of people out of their money, and are nowhere to be found!!! I am sure they go by a different name or maybe got REAL JOBS but hopefully noone will get screwed out of money next time!! DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO PEOPLE WHOM ASK FOR IT WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO ANY CASTING CALLS!!!!!!! I still have nightmares about how much they suckered out of us!!! A total trip of $2800!!!!
