Best Price Cameras RIPOFF Terrible Customer Service & Very Dishonest Salesmanship Brooklyn New York

I am very much disappointed with the service of this so-called reputable company. I ordered an additional battery & charger for a Canon 20D Digital Camera, only to have this company charge me $500.00 extra dollars for the very same battery that comes stock from the factory. Once questioned, the sales rep advised me that it was not part of the standard package that I was sold an upgrade. Bottom line, what I ordered is not what I received.

I sent numerous emails and got no response. In addition, their web site offers false hours-of-service for customers. It is for NEW customer's only, not existing ones that are looking for answers. Try and get customer service after 6pm and you will get a message that the office is closed, but conveniently, there are friendly sales reps available at a different extension to help bait and switch you for a new order. Of course, once they answer and you request assistance with your problem, your call is conveniently transferred to a dial tone.

I did manage to get my order sent back only to pay a 10% restocking fee as well as $105 for 3-day UPS Ground (even though it is quoted at $40 on the web). There was no mention of a restocking fee at the time of check-out.

This is definitely a rip-off! I am still waiting for my refund and this company seems to think that I will just go away.

I do not advise ANYONE to do business with this company. They are bad news and should be avoided. I would love to hear from someone within this shady organization as they will have to crawl out from under the rock that they are hiding under to do so, besides, it would be the first time someone from their organization contacted me, except to confirm the credit card!
