I was contacted by Eric Cannon of Best Rate Financial out of Oklahoma City ok explaing to me that we quilifted for the TARP program, he told me that I would have to pay upfront $. 2, 247.00 for processing fees. I mailed two posted dated checks which the first check was cashed in the amount of $ 1,245.00. I had a ad feeling about this company after the first check was cashed and looked Eric Cannon up on Google and alerts came up that he was a scaming many people. I then looked at the BBB from Oklahoma and found 11 complaints that he ripped people out of thousands of dollars. Thank goodness I shopped payment on the second post dated check! 

Beat Rate Financial of Oklahoma City, Ok does not exist. 

I want them found and proscuted...
