Sir, you purchased a COLD calling list over 5 months ago. You did not purchase warm leads that have been verified. This should have been obvious to you when you only paid a few pennies a name. 2nd, our sales reps do not guarantee a % of apps or loans you will close from a COLD calling list. How will we know what that number is when we have no idea how strong your reps are?

No one at this company would ever tell you that you would pull 1 application out of 20 cold calls. Honestly, if your reps are well trained you are lucky to get 1 application out of 200-300 cold calls.

I must reiterate here that you did not purchase a list of warm leads. These are not people who inquired or requested your help. Instead it is a COLD calling list based on filters you determine. If you were to purchase warm leads you would have paid up to $70 a lead instead of the 15 cents you paid.

These reports are from competitors and are false. I know Raymond personally and I know many people have done business with his company. He has a stellar reputation, and it is a shame that people are using Rip Off Report as a means to file a fake report to libel an honest company. Like Raymond said, provide some proof that you actually did business with this company, otherwise, you are not credible. If you file a report with the BBB, they will make you prove that you actually did business with the company instead of this site where anyone can post anything.

I bought some calling data, arm recast leads from Brian fitzmaurice i guess it was from best rate referrals.... He guaranteed me a good return on leads and assured me a fair return on investment since it was my first time with them. But it was completely false.

Out of the leads we bought, we hardly got any apps and no one ever even had a adjustable rate... It was pathetic..

you read a lot about this company of BO and stuff, but its their smart marketing skills that helps them sell... their product suckzzzz.....


Hope this helps to stop any more scams ... i've their invoice, and my bank wire copy in the name of best rate..

I am the owner of Best Rate Referrals and my name is Raymond Bartreau.

I am disputing this claim due to the fact that we have no such person in our system what so ever. Second, We do not sell our leads in batches of 20 so this claim is completely false. Further more we haven't done a campaign in AZ in over 9 months, why would you just post now if this was in fact true? When did you supposedly buy these leads? how did you pay?

I would ask that you please provide proof of purchasing anything from my company. We have no record of you and until you can provide proof this is 100% false claim.

I have a pretty good idea who is behind this post, ironically one of my competitors has stated very similar things to your title you choose for this. I find it ironic that this "dustin" talks and types just like one of my competitors who we have had recent slander problems with in which a law suit is actively being put together.

Dustin (if you are even a real person) please post any invoice and proof of payment that you bought any leads from our company.

We have been in business for over 4.5 years with a very good reputation. We have had no reports like this up until the couple that were started by people we have never heard of in the last couple months. Ironically they both type like the competitor I'm having issues with who is slandering me.

I'll be waiting your response.
