Best Western hotel I gave them my card to make a reservation for 1$ that I cancelled and they went into my account unauthorized and took 173.00. I have made severl called to the manager MJ who has yet to come to the phone or return my calls. This is totally unexceptable and I am Livid Newark New Jersey

 I called best western hotel located at 101 international hwy around the beginning of October to make a reservation. I was told I had to give a credit card number to hold the room and would only be charged 1$. I also told the associate that I did not want my card charged under no circumstances and that upon arrival I would pay cash. The associate assured me that I wold not be charged no more then the 1$ to hold the room. On Saturday October 18 at approx 11:33am I called best western to inform them that I would not be able to make my reservation and that I needed to cancell I was asked my name an told that everything was fine as far as cancelling the reservation. On Monday I get a text message from my bank stating that $173.00 has been debited from my account. After calling my bank to dispute the transaction I then made several calles to best western explained what was going on to different associates and I was put into mj's ( regional Manager) voicemail every time and have yet to receive a call back. Words can not express how angry I am and what an inconvience this is to me
