I ordered an LED bycycle light. I specifically ordered the light because it used 2xAA batteries. They sent me a similar light that uses 3xAAA batteries. I didn't want a light with that battery arrangement for several reasons. I could have ordered cheaper lights on ebay with that battery arrangement.
They asked me for pictures of the item I received and I sent them. They then said they would contact "the factory". They never got back to me. They ignored all my subsequent emails. They would not send me a prepaid return shipping slip, correct the matter by sending the item I originally ordered or refund my money.
They are based in China and I guess they need'nt make an internet customer in the USA satisfied with the transaction. Paypal sided with them and refused to remedy the problem so I got stuck with an item I didn't want and didn't order and they kept my money. Deal with these people at your own risk.

I don't know if they addressed this matter because I sent them a copy of what I wrote here or not, but I finally got a refund. Were they asleep while I sent them previous e-mails ? I don't know.
In a way, the bigger culprit was PayPal who refused my claim for a refund.
