bestsqueezepage.com Core Product is Defective, Unreliable, and Broken. No Refunds! San Pedro California

I was looking for an affordable, simple way to set up a few landing pages. I found BestSqueezePages while searching online and was interested b/c they also offered "free" autoresponders.

Looking at their site, I could tell it was dated (circa 2011) but since my needs were few, I overlooked it. I reasoned that paying $160 per year was better than paying for a seperate landing page service ($30 and up per month) and an autoresponder service ($10 and up for small lists).

Big Mistake!

I spent over three weeks trying to work with their system. It was tedious and not user friendly (especially compared to something like Weebly). 

The first landing page I set up had defective opt-in buttons. When the owner, Kevin, looked at it, and couldn't or wouldn't get them to work, he simply removed them! A landing page w/o consistent opt-ins....what's the point?

The second landing page did not sync w the autoresponders. I sent the first email on a Monday morning about the issue. No response.

Second email on Tuesday. No response.

Third email on Wed. They were going to look at it.

They replied on Thursday, saying they were going to "open a ticket." Which was kind of funny/sad b/c I got the distinct impression, NOBODY actually works there!

Friday, 5 business days after I first contacted them....NADA....NOTHING! I was not gonna risk wasting business by sending anyone to these pages.

I emailed the following Monday to ask for a refund. Nothing.

I filed a case through PayPal who investigated. Best Squeeze Page (Kevin) said PayPal should respond in their favor b/c they state "no refunds" in their terms of service.

Unfortunately, PayPal only rules on tangible objects and this "software" doesn't fit the bill. So, while BSP "won" this ruling, PayPal is now monitoring them and I expect them to drop BSP soon b/c they will CONTINUE preying on small businesses. PayPal will certainly here from more unhappy plaintiffs.

BTW, what CREDIBLE company slips in an obsure "no refunds" line  in 2014? None. Every other service provider offers free trials and money-back gaurantees because they are CONFIDENT in their services and dare to prove it to you. They know happy clients are the best public relations.

I made the MISTAKE in assuming that was the case w Best Squeeze Page. They are rightfully NOT CONFIDENT in their services and are looking to sell FIRST TIME customers exactly ONCE b/c who nobody is going to renew w them.

Not only are the company's products dated, their BUSINESS ETHICS/MODEL is DATED....to the bad ol' days when you every salesman was a predator.

Do yourself a favor and spend the extra dollars on an open, honest, direct, clean-looking site or mail service. You'll be glad you did.
