I purchased a rolex submariner replica for $1, 000.00. After receiving the watch the stem fell out after 2 months. I sent it back and they replaced it. The stem fell out again after 10 months. They then stated it would cost me $100.00 to repair since it was off warrentee. I sent them a $100.00 money order and after 5 months of not hearing from them I made a complaint. I was told the jewler had lost the watch and many others but if I sent another $200.00 I could receive another new watch. I told them they were ripping me off and I just wanted my watch back or else. I was informed by the then manager Tom Gardocky that there was nothing I could to them as they were offshore. I haven't heard from them since. That was about a year ago. I now hear they are offering the same watch for $750.00. Sounds like word is getting around. Do NOT do business with this company. My new watch is a G-Shock and keeps better time than the other for less than $100.00. Don't fall for their lies and deceptions.
