BETA FINANCE COMPANY (WHO FINANCES FOR DIRECT BUY) SENDS US BILLS EVERY COUPLE MONTHS SAYING THAT WE ARE CURRENT BUT IF THE PAYMENT IS NOT IN THE MAIL BEFORE THEIR BILLING CYCLE ENDS THEY THEN CALL STATING WE ARE 3 MONTHS BEHIND AND THE LAST MONTHS BILL THAT SAYS WE ONLY OWE THE CURRENT PAYMENT MUST BE A COMPUTER GLITCH. I AM TIRED OF ARGUING WITH THEM AND WE ARE GOING TO FILE A REPORT WITH THE BBB AS SOON AS WE FILE THIS ONE. MAYBE ONE DAY BETA FINANCE WILL BE SHUT DOWN.
