I too, was charged by this company, $37.37USD. However, since it was done on a business debit card, my bank will not refund my money. THAT was a shocker. I sent an email to paymentservices@betamax.com, but I am not hopeful. Had to get a new card. Hassle city. I am informing the state attorney general. Any Vermont victims of this company?
