Bethany College/ Us Department Of Education Ombudsman Identity Theft/ Fradulent Student Loans Washington District of Columbia

I attended Bethany College Not Bethany University. Despite Numerous Complaints To the United States Department of Education about the Problem as well as to Bethany College in Writing and By email, Both of the Entities are ignoring the fact that I have Made Police Reports, Reports with Federal Trade Commission and other Federal Authorities about the Theft of My Identity and Fradulent use of my Social Security Number.

Mr Jim Zisaleah of the Department of Education Ombudsman's office said I was a bit "testy". He would be too If it were Him. Him Phone Number Is 319-665-7677. I told him that all the records he needs were given to Mr Charles Love of the San Francisco Office of the Department of Education Proving that Other Loans were in Fact taken out and used By someone other than Myself.

These Loans Amount to almost $100,000.00 and there are 57 of them! Nobody gets 57 Student Loans from various colleges combined By Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Bank of America and CitiCorp Bank. Crooks! This includes a home purchased in California for $2 1/2 Million Dollars and Expect for me to Pay it! Bank of America Knew somone Stole my Bank Accoun and So did Washington Mutual. They are All in the News Now! If all they can do is Threaten to Ruin my Credit without Doing anything about it then So be it. I am a Disabled Veteran on Social Security and Tired of it All!
