All I can say is I have tried since September 2011 to work with the owners of this company.  Carol Walser and Brette Bates.  Please READ your contract fully and understand they will price your property for a price you see, then they will sell it at whatever they want and you have no idea other than what they tell you.  PLEASE if you read this take full pictures of everything you own along with prices of what they have listed it for, and demand you get a full inventory of your property that is to be sold. 

I had a HUGE sale that lasted 4 days based on their recommendations.  They sold nearly all of my property then when I began to ask what items were sold for they advised they discounted my furniture DAY 1 then reduced it by 20% on  the 3rd day and that was NOT in the contract.  I tried and tried to work the two women that own this business about what happened to my property,, RUGS listed at 600 were sold day 2 for a mere 100, this is just an example of how my sale ended up. 

Bedding was sold and then moved from bed to bed and I was lied to about pieces that sold and the prices,,, I can only tell you to STAY away from these ladies they seem nice when you meet them but they must have the devil inside of them to do this to people and to steal your money for your property.  They should be arrested call the cops call the FEDS whoever you have to call if you have had the same issue with these ladies and their company.   If you have a sale in DC they do not have a licensed either to do business in DC so the money they take from you is TAX free ,, for them NOT you.
