Betsy Duranty paid for goods with bounced checks. I gave Betsy Duranty countless opportunities to redeem herself and her bounced checks and the only thing I got back were empty promises and excuses. Betsy Duranty's lying and stalling lasted for well over 2 months.

Fortunately for San Diego residents, Betsy Duranty's bad check writing days are numbered! DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS FROM BETSY DURANTY!

Spam? It's more like harrassment, they send so much!

AUTHOR: Weez - (Canada)

POSTED: Friday, June 20, 2003

Despite my repeated attempts to be removed from their lists, for the last 5 months between 3 and 7 days a week I have been bombarded with phoney "Online Mortgage Loan" spam emails from E-bestfinancerate (E American Securities).

They send it all from FORGED Yahoo email addresses (is that legal in America?) and it all originates from Chinese domains that have zero interest in preventing this sort of activity.

I have never been to California, I am not even an American and I have no idea how they got my email address. I even attempted to file a complaint with the FCC once, but they were not interested in stopping this company as I hadn't actually lost money.

I have been getting so many spams from them, I feel it crosses the line into harrassment. I don't know much about US legal procedures, but how is it they still have a license with NO disciplinary action ever taken against them?

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

emotional overload for me to work for her

AUTHOR: Tiare - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 12, 2003

I used to work for Betsy Duranty. Although she rectified the situation, I did have several payroll checks that bounced. I just decided that I could not work for a company that seemed to be financially unstable. It was an emotional overload for me to work for her. I feel sorry for the people who have come across her in a bad way.
