I filed a legitamate complaint against one of their members for "inadequate service."

Their member botched the assignment we gave them badly. We were forced to find anther agent to fix the flubs.

When we filed the complaint with the BBB of Dallas for inadequate service their response was mind-boggling. The BBB told me they could not register the complaint on their member's file because it did not involve inqdequate service.

Are you kidding me?

Absolutely Correct! Look At These Salaries Generated By The Dallas BBB S-C-A-M!

The BBB in Dallas as well as in all other areas is nothing more than a sleazy, slimey scam operated by CON-ARTIST's.

1.  The BBB's main purpose is to generate money by creating this FALSE impression they are part of government.  They even refer to themselves as "the bureau" just as the FBI does.  They will tell softly admit they are not a governmental body but why do they repeatedly refer to themselves as a "bureau".  They could have taken the name of the "Better Business Association".  Instead, they chose to confuse or deceive the public with "the bureau".

2.  The BBB is NOT an organization which "awards" memberships to outstanding business which practice honesty and integrity.  Instead, they SELL "memberships" to anyone willing to buy one.  Go to youtube an search "BBB Scam".  You will see the story of a fake business that set them up.  That fake business called themselves "Hamas" which is a terrorist group.  The BBB sold them a "membership!

3.  The BBB phoney accreditation program is simply that.  It has absolutely no credibility among the business community because said business community KNOWS the phoney ratings are a BOUGHT and SOLD commodity.

4.  If someone complains to the BBB about a merchant and that merchant has not bought their phoney rating, the BBB will use that complaint information as a "sales lead".  They will assign that business a phoney "F" rating and then tell the merchant they will change it to a phoney "A" rating if they are willing to PAY for that phoney rating.

5.  The BBB "arbitration" program is as PHONEY as their whole existence!  Lets say you have a problem with one of their "members".  You ask for the BBB PHONEY arbitration which they promote as being so-o-o honest, so-o-o fair and so-o-o wonderful.  As with everything involving the BBB, all this is PHONEY.  You will be going up against one of their "customers" (somebody who provided INCOME).  The "arbitrator" is a PAID employee of the BBB.  How fair and honest is that?

Take a look at how much has been made by the conartists at the BBB of Metropolitan Dallas.  Their IRS Form 990 is public information.  In 2011, here are three names and three payoffs:  Jay Newman, $189,085; Ronald Berry, $100,532; Herb Pratt, $284,178.  There are others in that IRS form who have much more payoffs than $100,000.  Just check it out.  Keep in mind, these are figures for 2011.  The current payoff's may be much more and/or those people above may no longer be part of it.

I do VERY STRONGLY suggest you take this to the media.  Many in the media do not have a clue as to the BBB SCAM.  Finally, on this website, you will see many, many, many complaints about the BBB SCAM from all over the country.  You will never see the BBB stand up for itself because they know the general public doesn't care and far too many in the business community knows exactly what the BBB is all about.
