Better Business Lodging BBL Salesperson Erica called different times asking if I wanted to sell my timeshare, (which I do). In February of 2016 she was very convincing and even said " I'm a Catholic so do you think I would lie to you?? Orlando Florida

It is almost seven months now, since I paid $685.00 to sell our time share.  Yes I discovered recently that "you should never pay to have someone sell your timeshare!"

Erica the salesperson that called me several times in the beginning of the year from BETTER BUSINESS LODGING; was very convincing saying that "we go to trade shows all the time and these business owners like to buy timeshares to save them money on travel.  She mentioned a couple coming up that weekend and that she just sold one "it usually takes a couple of months".  I checked out the company thruough BBB, in Florida, and asked alot of questions of Erica including who the Director is:  (Edward Adams).

It all sounded legit and Erica was so nice on the phone assuring me that "as long as I am available to answer customers phone calls to answer any questions that they may have promptly; that she would call me every month to let me know how the marketing was going: (that only happened once, I called her the second time, the third time I called BBL, I was told 'Erica is on a LOA, and we don't know how long it will be, someone else can handle your calls)".  So, I agreed to the terms of sale, had BBL fax them over to me to sign (2/24/17), and gave them my credit card number to pay.

No calls, I faxed over per their contract a letter to continue to market and advertise our Global Vacation letter in May, and August after speaking to Ashley on 8/5/2017, informing her of all the recent updates on our Global Vacation Timeshare.  I also had requested on the phone at that time and in the letter to send me the link she told me was available to "check on our BBL website, of all the places that we have marketed your timeshare so far".  I never received that e-mail link.
