I had hired Adam Kingen of Better Living by Envy Home Services, Inc. in Chicago and Based out of Arlington Heights, Illinois to remodel my master bathroom and the Kids Bathroom in my home in Bufalo Grove, Illinois.

Adam Kingen was hired on March 12, 2014 to remodel my master bathroom and the kidsl bathroom, I also added to complete hardwood flooring after the contract was written up. No new contract was ever given to me(regardless of how many times i asked). When Adam Kingen started the project it went smooth for about two weeks til the first problem came up. Several of my personal tools came up missing, only his guys were working in the house when things came up missing. This was simply to tip of the iceberg. Two months later the project was still no where near complete. His crew left a mess everywhere they went and the workmanship was that of a child. I had a few different tile guys come in to finish the shower and one of them would not even touch it due to Adam Kingen installing tile and not waterproofing first, I was told this would be a nightmare if I did not rebuild the entire shower unit.
